Staying healthy on the road is no small task. Between the parties, late nights, and varied nutrition – you may find yourself struggling to stay fit and make gains while traveling. Yep, coffee is a supplement – one of the best available. And unsurprisingly, you can find coffee in pretty much any country you’ll ever travel to. Everyone loves coffee! You can use coffee for mental stimulation and a quick pick me up before starting work for the day. You can down a coffee as a pre-workout to give yourself an extra boost in the gym after a late night out. You can even drink some coffee before going out for the evening, especially if you’ve been going out every single night.

    E.g. How much of baking soda or potato starch in water? Raw garlic without the heart?

    • That all depends on the person and their diet. Generally, a tablespoon of baking soda is enough. Or two little cloves of garlic.
