  1. Thanks for these great supplement ideas. Can you explain how you eat them exactly and in which proportions?

    E.g. How much of baking soda or potato starch in water? Raw garlic without the heart?

    • That all depends on the person and their diet. Generally, a tablespoon of baking soda is enough. Or two little cloves of garlic.
