Gorilla Dream Review | Supernatural Sleep Supplement or Scam?

I’m writing this Gorilla Dream review for one reason. And one reason only. There’s no replacing a great night’s sleep

We’re all human. We need sleep. The deeper the better.

P.S: That’s what she said.

Until A.I. is fully incorporated into our bodies and daily lives, they’ll be ups and downs as part of the human experience.

Some nights you’ll sleep great. Other nights, you might not get an ounce of sleep.

How do I know? Well, apart from being human, I’ve suffered from bouts of insomnia for years.

As such,  I’m no stranger to sleep supplements. From melatonin pills to tart cherry juice and more – I’ve tried them all.

And now, I’m writing about Gorilla Dream. Why? Because this stuff works damn well.

Outside of my beloved cherry juice, I’ve yet to find any natural sleep supplement that even comes close to Gorilla Dream.

With this stuff, I seem to:

  • Fall asleep faster
  • Sleep deeper
  • Wake up feeling refreshed

Plus, I have no need for an alarm clock. I wake up nearly 30 minutes before my alarm clock full of energy.

REM sleep truly is a wonderful thing, y’all!

But, don’t just take my word for it.

Keep reading below to learn more about one of the best damn natural sleep supplements on the planet.

What is Gorilla Dream?

Gorilla Dream is a part of the Gorilla Mind franchise, which is the brainchild of Mike Cernovich and Derek from MorePlatesMoreDates.com – amongst a few others.

The product was designed because so many individuals, especially gym goers, were flushing their money down the toilets at sleep supplements like ZMA.

Natural sleep supplements that simply didn’t work. At all. Whatsoever.

So, the team behind Gorilla Dream got together and quickly formulated a plan to develop the premier sleep supplement for people like you.

People who want to fall asleep quicker, sleep deeper, and wake up feeling 100% refreshed without the slightest hint of a hangover feeling.

Enter Gorilla Dream.

This impressive sleep aid was developed using natural ingredients like:

  • Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) (39 mg)
  • Magnesium (as Aspartate) (225 mg)
  • Zinc (as aspartate and monomethionine) (15 mg)
  • GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) (500 mg)
  • Phenylalanine (375 mg):
  • Valerian Root (300 mg)
  • L-Ornithine HCL (250 mg)
  • L-Theanine (250mg)
  • Chamomile Root (175 mg)
  • Mucuna Pruriens Extract (standardized to 98% L-Dopa) (105 mg)
  • Melatonin (3 mg)

Now, that’s a lot of ingredients. And for some, that could be a turnoff. Honestly, I was a little bit off-put at first, too.

Why do I need a magic portion of 10+ ingredients just to get a damn good night’s sleep?!

But, I did a little research over at GorillaMind.com and learned a little bit about some studies done on each ingredient included in Gorilla Dream.

And I realized one thing…

The formulators of this natural sleep aid might know what they’re doing.

Nearly all of the ingredients work together in synergy to potentially help you sleep better than you ever have before.

I was sold and ordered my Gorilla Dream.

But I’ll be honest, it didn’t take much. They had me sold from the start by including things like:

  • GABA: This stuff alone is one hell of a supplement. Studies have proven that GABA reduces stress, calms the mind, and vastly improves sleep quality. Just look at this study or this one. I won’t be underestimating GABA as a sleep support aid ever again.
  • Melatonin: If you’ve ever had issues falling asleep, you’ve heard of and tried Melatonin before. It’s one of the most common sleep aids of all-time. Why? Well, the stuff truly works. Melatonin has been shown to help you fall asleep faster and hit REM sleep quick in dozens of studies, including this study and this one.
  • Magnesium: Many people are chronically deficient in Magnesium, one of the most important minerals for humans, especially active and athletic ones. From a sleep perspective, Magnesium has been shown to promote relaxation and falling asleep quicker (Source).
  • L-Theanine: Last but not least, we’ve got L-Theanine. Personally, I believe this stuff plays a huge role in helping me fall asleep quicker. Why? Because L-Theanine has been proven to calm the brain down (Source). This is essential for someone like me, who struggles to turn their brain off at night.

Now, we could dive even deeper into each ingredient in Gorilla Dream, the ideal dosing protocols, and why this stuff works.

But the reality of the situation is this…

Gorilla Dream just works.

The product was created by intelligent, hard-working people that actually care about healthy optimization and getting deep sleep.

After my second dose, I was hooked – which is why I’m writing this Gorilla Dream review for you.

My Gorilla Dream Review

Enough with the fluff. Now, we’re getting to the good stuff.

My Gorilla Dream review and why I plan to incorporate this stuff into my supplement stack for years to come.

Here’s what I love about Gorilla Dream:

~ Waking Up Refreshed

This is the best part about Gorilla Dream for me. I wake up feeling refreshed and energized.

No brain fog. No “hangover” type of feeling.

Just pure energy right as I wake up. The first couple nights I took this natural sleep aid, I was baffled how quickly I rolled out of bed and started my day with this stuff.

As someone who naturally takes a cup of coffee to get things going in the morning, Gorilla Dream had me up and at like never before.

Due to the recovery and REM sleep benefits of taking Gorilla Dream, you will wake up with more energy than you normally do.

~ Slows the Mind Down

This might not sound like a great thing, but hear me out here.

Sometimes I just can’t turn my brain off at night. I’m tired. My body wants to sleep. My mind is ready to call it a day. But the brain just keeps on ticking.

Ideas keep flowing and I can’t turn it off.

This is horrific for sleep, especially when you want to wake up at a certain time and the hours keep slipping away.

With the active ingredients in Gorilla Dream, your mind will relax once you lay your head on the pillow.

Your brain will slow down just a bit – allowing you to fall asleep quicker than usual.

~ Get to Sleep ASAP

Speaking of falling asleep quicker, you won’t be up very long if you take three Gorilla Dream capsules. Trust me.

I tend to pass out within 45-50 minutes of taking this potent sleep aid.

If you truly need to fall asleep before a certain time every night to ensure you get 6-9+ hours of deep sleep before your alarm goes off…

Gorilla Dream is truly a dream come true.

~ Remember Your Dreams

This one is huge for some people, non-essential for others.

You will remember dreams vividly when taking Gorilla Dream. Make no mistake about it.

Your mind will produce lucid dreams when taking this sleep aid. Dreams that you often won’t be able to forget.

A couple of nights after taking Gorilla Dream, I woke up with a smile on my face as I recalled my crazy dreams from the night before.

It surprised me, as I rarely remember my dreams – if ever.

Patented, Not Proprietary

Lastly, there’s no guessing with Gorilla Dream.

While many companies create “proprietary blends” full of God knows what, the team at Gorilla Mind does things differently.

You know every single ingredient that’s found inside Gorilla Dream and their exact doses.

There are no guessing games with this company. You’ll know exactly what you’re putting inside your body and how much of it when talking Gorilla Dream.

How to Take Gorilla Dream

I’m a firm believer that taking a supplement to fall asleep every single night is a bad idea.

It’s just not good to become “reliant” or “dependent” on a pill to ensure you fall asleep and stay there for 6-9+ straight hours.

Not to mention, Melatonin has been shown to be slightly habit-forming. You won’t get addicted to Melatonin or have withdraw symptoms. Don’t get it twisted.

But you may get shit sleep for a week or so – if you’ve become dependent on a Melatonin-based supplement.

Since Gorilla Dream has Melatonin in it, I’ve started to dose the stuff with caution. Which is difficult, because it works so damn well.

Here’s how I dose Gorilla Dream:

  • 2-3 capsules
  • 30-45 minutes before I want to fall asleep
  • Only on the 3-5 days I go to the gym each week
  • With a cup of chamomile tea

This Gorilla Dream dosage allows me to get the full rest and recovery benefits on the days my body needs it the most – when I hit the gym hard.

Then I don’t take the stuff on “off” days to ensure I don’t develop a dependence to it.

This might be a little overly cautious, but it’s the Gorilla Dream protocol that’s been working for me. I plan to stick with it.

As with any supplement, you’ll have to play around and see how your body reacts to Gorilla Dream. We’re all different, fam.

Rest. Relax. Dream.

Gorilla Dream Review | Verdict?

I wrote this Gorilla Dream review because you can’t skimp on great sleep. By improving your sleep, you will improve your life. And…

Gorilla Dream is the best natural sleep supplement I’ve ever tried.

If you’ve ever wanted to fall asleep faster, get rid of minor insomnia, or wake up feeling refreshed – then I can’t recommend this stuff enough.

Plus, Gorilla Dream is cheap, y’all!

I’m talking around $0.50 per serving. I dunno about you, but a great night’s sleep is worth well more than half a dollar to me.
